Update on Ilsley Library Services

A Message from Library Director Dana Hart:

Ilsley Public Library to Begin Accepting Returns

Beginning May 26, the book drop by the library’s side entrance will be open and we will begin accepting returns. We encourage you to return your library materials: as a safety precaution, all library materials will be isolated for a seven day period before being checked-in and shelved.
Beginning June 1, we will be offering an Outside Pickup Service. Patrons will be able to request ten items per week, and then will pick up the materials in the library garden. We’ll share more information on how the Outside Pickup Service will work soon. The health and safety of library staff and patrons remains our highest priority and Outside Pickup Service will follow all steps as required by the Agency of Commerce & Community Development (ACCD) and Governor Scott’s orders.

During the Outside Pickup Service, the Ilsley Public Library and Sarah Partridge Library physical buildings will remain closed to the public. Patrons that frequent the Sarah Partridge Library may request and pick up materials at Ilsley. Auto-renew will remain on for all library items. Any fines accrued during this time will be waived.

We are committed to providing our community with accurate information on COVID-19, and continue to help our patrons access digital resources from home, answer reference questions remotely, and create new library cards. Feel free to reach out to us by phone (802) 388-4095 or by email at info@ilsleypubliclibrary.org and a librarian will respond to your concerns.
