Design Advisory Committee Members and Meeting Schedule

The Design Advisory Committee (DAC) is a five-member board (currently with one vacancy) appointed by the Selectboard.  This committee, which is composed of volunteers with various design backgrounds, serves in an advisory capacity to the Development Review Board and the zoning administrator, primarily in matters related to the design and appearance of new construction and changes to historic structures.  The constructive feedback that applicants receive from the DAC helps them to bring the best possible plans forward when they meet with the Development Review Board for approval.  The DAC works very hard to produce suggestions that improve the quality of new development, and they play a very important role in protecting the appearance and character of our Town.
