EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT BULLETIN

Storms- August 3-4, 2023

We’ve been asking folks to report damage from the July 9-14 storms to Vermont 2-1-1. The town is in the process of requesting a Governor’s Declaration of Emergency for the storms occurring last night through today, August 3-4, 2023.

If you have water inundation, or property damage, from last night’s storm deluge please report this damage as well to :

This is in ADDITION to any damage you may have experienced from the July 9-14 storms. This will provide us with an accounting of damage.

If you have a business that has suffered damage from water inundation and would like it inspected, you may call the Town of Middlebury at 802-458-8001. Officials from the State Fire Marshall’s office will be monitoring the 2-1-1 damage reports as well and offer an inspection service.
