Lower Foote Street (from Route 7 to Cady Road) is closed to thru traffic while All State reclaims the roadway. This section of roadway is anticipated to be completed by Friday.

The crew will then mobilize to the northerly portion of Lower Foote Street to reclaim from Foote Street to Cady Road.
