Notice of Road Closure - 11/28/2023

Happy Valley Road will be closed to thru traffic for the majority of the day for a ditching project on November 28th. Plan for the closure to be from approximately 8:30am to 3:30pm, with hopes of finishing sooner. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
